HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

An order placed from within the country is delivered within 5-7 business days. This timeline is subject to change due to both external or internal factors.

For Out Of India orders Delivery time is 10-15 business days. This timeline is subject to change due to both external or internal factors 

WHAT IS THE PRICE FOR THE SHIPPING?

For prepaid orders within India, shipping charges will depend upon the weight and location of delivery.

For prepaid orders out of India, shipping cost will be applicable as per their location.

WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN’T GET DELIVERED?

Our courier partner will make three attempts to get your delivery to you. If he cannot deliver the product, you have to contact us and we will resend it to you. If you've received Delivered message and not really delivered to you kindly inform us within 24 Hours of receiving the updates.

Eligibility for Exchange:

• Items must be shipped back within 1 business dayfrom the day you have received the parcel.
• Exchange shipping charges will be borne by us only in the case of defect from our side, Rest incase of size issue or other reasons charges are to be borne by customer.
• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
• Only size and colour of the purchased product can be exchanged, Incase of unavailability other articles can be given.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
• Free size outfits are not eligible for exchange in the issue of Size

Exchange Process:

• To initiate an Exchange, please contact our customer support team at +91 7804070743or izaanzicouture@gmail.com within the specified Exchange period, i.e. 1 business days
• You will be required to provide the following information: order number, item description, reason for return, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photographs) if applicable.
• Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with an Exchange authorization, if eligible.
• Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued. The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use in next 30 days on Izaanzi Couture by Adeebawebsite. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.
• Izaanzi Couture by Adeeba will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged during the Exchange shipment.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
• Accessories and personalized items are non-exchangeable for hygiene and customization reasons.

Can I cancel/return my order?

We don’t allow order cancellation or Returns orders are not eligible for cancellation.
